Return and exchange

Dutch law stipulates that you have a 14-day trial period. KookGigant extends this period to 30 days for our customers. We do this to ensure you're happy with the product.

1. Return of unused product within 30 days

1.1 Conditions of return

If you want to return a product, you must meet a few conditions:

• The product must be unused. You may inspect and evaluate the product just as you would in a physical store. If the product has been used, we will refuse the return.
• The product is undamaged. The product is returned to us in its original condition. This condition also applies to any accessories.
  
• You start the returns process in our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  

1.2 Initiate return process via returns portal

1. Enter your order number and email address via this link and start your return process; 
   
2. Send your return shipment to our returns address via your chosen return method;
3. We will ensure that the full purchase amount is in your account within 5-14 working days after receipt of the return shipment.

2.1 Conditions of return

• The product may have been used and appears to be defective or does not meet expectations for purchase
• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your purchase
